Q: How do I buy stuff?
A: I like to custom make items as requested by the customer. After you and I have worked out all the details for your perfect glass piece, it will be made just for you. So, you can order any item by clicking “Inquire” and letting me know what caught your eye.

Q: Isn’t it like, hot???
A: Yes! Blown glass in the molten state, right out of the furnace, is somewhere around 2000 degrees Fahrenheit. I am always sweaty.

Q: Are the cups and things food-safe? How about dishwasher-safe?
A: Glass is one of the best things you can eat or drink from, because it is nonporous and you don’t have to worry about gross plastic problems like BPA. It doesn’t retain odors and is generally easy to clean! As for the dishwasher, all I can say is that I use my own products daily, they’re the first things I grab and I always pop them in the dishwasher and haven’t had any explosions/earthquakes/fires yet. I’ll let you know though.

Q: I want to order a Wedding Colors Package. How far in advance do I have to order?
A: Newlyweds-to-be, I know you have a lot of things on your plate right now. The safe range for orders usually falls 3-4 months in advance, to give me time to collect (or make!) your custom colors, put together your set and ship it out to you. Earlier is even better!
If you need something rush ordered, it will limit your color options, but we will make it happen. Cheers!
